Seedlings Care

Helping people grow, together

What we Do

Community Support

A fun-filled activity-based support service, that offers families with children and adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities the opportunities to access their local communities, participating in activities of their choice.

Short Breaks

A chance for young adults to have their first experiences of a holiday with a group of peers and our friendly staff team. This break can also be a chance for you as parents to recharge your batteries, spending time with others, or pursuing an interest.

Community events

Our community events bring together holistic and therapeutic approaches including art, music, meditation, movement and sensory experiences. Creating welcoming spaces where people can connect, explore and nurture their wellbeing.

Who We Support

Seedlings Care supports children, young people and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory needs, and additional needs.

Our support is completely person-centred and tailored to each individual. We work alongside families to understand what matters to the person — from their interests and communication style to their goals, routines and aspirations.

Whether through community access, day services, one-to-one support, therapeutic activities or social opportunities, we create meaningful experiences that help each person build confidence, develop independence and feel a valued part of their community.

Seedlings Care is a CQC-registered care provider, committed to delivering safe, compassionate and high-quality support.

Being regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) means our work is carried out within a clear framework of standards designed to promote people's safety, dignity, wellbeing and choice.

For families, this provides reassurance that behind our warm, person-centred approach is a commitment to professional standards, accountability and quality care.
